Our Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. No restocking fees. No final sale items. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind Miracle Patches completely. If you've genuinely given them a fair try and haven't seen results, we'll refund you — no drama.

To be eligible you must:

  • Be a first-time AŌRA customer — one claim per customer per lifetime
  • Have used Miracle Patches for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights
  • Submit your claim within 30 days of your delivery date
  • Provide a simple photo diary showing:
    • A photo of the spot before your first patch
    • A photo of the used patch each morning for 7 nights
    • A photo of the spot after night 7

Also note:

  • Refund covers the product cost only — original shipping is non-refundable
  • Maximum refund is one single pack regardless of bundle size purchased
  • Guarantee is void if Miracle Patches were not applied to clean dry skin as per instructions
  • Customers who have initiated a chargeback are not eligible

To make a claim: Email your photo diary to shopaora4@gmail.com with the subject line "Guarantee Claim" and your order number. We'll review and respond within 48 hours.


Shipping Insurance — $2.99

At checkout, customers have the option to add Shipping Insurance for $2.99. We strongly recommend it.

What Shipping Insurance gets you:

  • Priority support — your claim is handled within 24 hours, jumping to the front of the queue
  • Guaranteed replacement or refund — no back and forth, no waiting on courier investigations
  • Full coverage for loss, theft, and transit damage — resolved immediately, no questions asked

Without Shipping Insurance, transit issues are still investigated and resolved, but are subject to courier investigation timelines which can take 5–15 business days before we are able to action a resolution.

Please note:

  • Shipping Insurance is non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
  • Shipping Insurance does not cover orders lost or undelivered due to an incorrectly entered shipping address
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date or within 7 days of receiving a damaged order
  • For damaged orders, photographic evidence is required
  • For lost or stolen orders, courier confirmation or a police report number may be required

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shopaora4@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

  • With Shipping Insurance — priority investigation, replacement or refund issued within 24 hours of confirmation
  • Without Shipping Insurance — investigation lodged with the courier, resolution subject to courier timelines of 5–15 business days

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shopaora4@gmail.com within 7 days with photographic evidence.

  • With Shipping Insurance — replacement or refund arranged within 24 hours
  • Without Shipping Insurance — damage assessed and resolved subject to standard investigation timelines

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Contact us at shopaora4@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the process. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shopaora4@gmail.com and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on Miracle Patches that have been opened or used. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

There are no final sale items at AŌRA — everything is eligible for return within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions above.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order separately. Once your return is accepted, you're free to repurchase.


European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
